D4 Events and The Grand Casino Portoroz are delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Slovenian coast to play the second Mediterranean Deepstack Poker Championships.

Created by the team that brought you the European Deepstack Poker Champioships in Dublin this is surely a must play event for any poker enthusiast. In the main event players will start with 50,000 chips and there will be 3 full days of 1 hour levels. Blinds start at 50/100 and the structure is very slow to allow the best poker to shine through.

11th May 2011 8pm - €90 Satellite to Main Event

12th May 2011 - 1pm Med Deepstack Main Event €550 Day 1A- 3 Day Event - 250 player cap

13th May 2011 - 1pm Med Deepstack Main Event Day 1B €550 - 3 Day Event - 250 player cap

14th May 2011 - 8pm €300 Side Event 15,000 chips, 40 min clock, 2 Day Event

15th May 2011 - 2pm €200 Side Event 10,000 Chips, 30 min Clock, 1 day event

Grand Casino Portoroz will be providing a complimentary buffet for poker tournament players.

It is advised to register as early as possible. Payment for entries can be made directly to D4 Events by bank transfer.

The Mediterranean Deepstack Poker Championship is organised by D4 Events in conjunction with the Grand Casino Portoroz. D4 Events created the European Deepstack Poker Championship and the European Short-Handed Poker Championship.

How to qualify

The night before the main event starts there will be a last chance super satellite to win your entry into this great event. The Entry fee is €90.

Online qualifiers are running on Poker Encore, Green Joker Poker & Bluesquare Poker with more coming soon.

Fantastic Supporting Events

To support the main event there is a great programme of side events:

Saturday @ 8pm €300 Entry 2 day event with 15,000 chips & 40 min clock.

Sunday @ 2pm €200 Entry 1 day event with 10,000 chips & 30 min clock.
